Modules input and switched are not removed in game causing crash

Ente was able to replicate a crash action on the Shade Z1 by moving from one purchased module to another on the same option, and the modules increase instead of remaining at the same count for the same module. This causes the game to lag and crash. Video posted in Sky Captains channel in discord, could not add here.
